Flywheel reviews

Sales management switched about 4 years ago and that pretty much killed the sales org. Flywheel tries to promote inclusivity, but doesn’t actually when it comes to their employees. Harassment is a real thing. MGT changes quota during the month, along with commission and incentives. They want to hold their employees accountable but they cannot handle when employees hold them accountable. Hiring shouldn’t be based on how close mgt is to the person, it should be about skill. I want to grow personally and professionally, but managers lack the ability to coach, stand up for their employees (mainly because if you stand up you get canned) and have no back bones. It’s honestly a crap show. Awful salary and commission.
