Pros

Really excited about the software and service we are bringing to the market. Couldn’t be happier with: the company culture, the executive team, the direction we are headed, the ability to help shape the direction of the company as an employee, empowerment instead of micromanagement, and what is on the horizon.

Cons

Due to the fast growth of the company, we need the best talent available that also fits within the company culture, which can be hard to find. The startup environment is great for people who love being in control of their own schedules, some people have a hard time adjusting to the freedom of an empowering environment.

Pros

Company and product are growing quickly, and the software product is actually awesome. A lot of room to make your own impact and learn from a tight team with a variety of skills. Free weekly lunch, flexible schedule and laid back environment are great perks.

Cons

If you're wanting a traditional, structured job, you may not be comfortable working in a start-up. This is really a personal preference more than con.

Pros

- Competent coworkers. Everyone is good at their job and very friendly. - Competent management. Ditto above. They're thinking ahead and aware of what's happening at the company. - Relaxed atmosphere, but not lackadaisical. They have goals and are aggressively pursuing them, but it's not a cutthroat atmosphere.

Cons

I haven't found any so far, not from the company's standpoint. Any downside is a personal preference. But they also have regular 1-on-1 meetings and check in and listen to what you have to say. So even that's not really a con.
