Pros

Focus Camera is an excellent place to work if you’re passionate about data and technology. The work culture here is inclusive and fosters growth, with supportive teams that are always ready to collaborate. The CEO, Michael Silberstein, is dedicated to innovation and actively encourages the adoption of new technologies to streamline and improve processes. This openness to change has created a dynamic environment where ideas are genuinely valued and considered, and you feel that your contributions have a real impact.

Cons

High-paced environment may not suit everyone.

Goodish; The coworkers are making it nice

Pros

Fridays are early outs and the people I work with and have communicated to are very friendly and helpful. The teams haven't berated me for not knowing many of the inner workings and systems, and treated me with kindness. If it were not for them, I feel like I would of been much more overwhelmed and anxious.

Cons

There are peculiar hours you need to work and the days the office are closed make it difficult to schedule longer trips to visit family. Even coming from more difficult labor (12+ hour days), the hours are pretty long, causing little to no work-life balance. I wish I could hang out with some of the coworkers more outside of work, but I'm unable to due to my hours. If you live away from the G or the F line, the commute can be long as well.

Thank you for the feedback! We are proud of the work/life balance we provide and feel it is critical to helping employees do their best work. The holiday season is our busy season and schedules vary based on location. All employee contributions are recognized and compensated accordingly. Working 12+ hours is not necessary, please reach out to hr@focuscamera.com for this to be investigated.
