Cons

if you do not share the companies "religion" they treat you like garbage no training for new employees. you are expected to figure it out owner is arrogant and gets upset if you do not say hi to him everyday no room for advancement dirty work areas

Pros

There are no pros. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. The CEO is absolutely out of his mind and will change the rules to benefit himself. I don’t understand how vendor still want to do business with Focus Camera. They lie, cheat and treat their employees like crap.

Cons

Just don’t even bother working here. It will be emotionally and mentally draining. Positive reviews on Glassdoor are not real.
