Pros

- Great leadership - they work harder than anyone else. they work hard to create a collaborative environment. Best of all the keep their word. They create goals and reward when you hit them. - collaborative environment - to be successful many departments need to work together, at Focus that is being optimized. Love it here.

Cons

- nothing is 100% perfect - rarely it takes a bit longer to adjust than it should but I would expect that from any company.

Pros

Colleagues are generally kind and helpful when collaborating, work environment cultivates a "family and health first" mentality, and there is plenty of room to grow into your role.

Cons

When bigger changes are implemented, it may take longer than expected to get everyone on the same page. Medical insurance isnt bad but not the greatest options for a single person with no dependents.
