      Collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct access to leadership. Great exposure to government and B2B sales. Opportunities for growth if you're proactive. Diverse product lines and hands-on learning across AV, IT, and consumer electronics. Convenient Brooklyn location.

      Cons

      Fast pace and shifting priorities may be challenging for those who prefer structure. Some processes are still being built out. Roles can be broad, requiring flexibility. Benefits are standard but could be more competitive. Team dynamics could be improved as some team members aren't authentic to the company's values.

      Great place to learn & grow

      Pros

      It’s a good company for those who want to learn about business/ecommerce. If you are experienced in the industry you will have to learn the company’s way of operating, but there is certainly opportunity to make money and grow, especially in positions with a commission component. Everyone works hard, and there is always something to do, but the hours are very reasonable and work/life balance is excellent. It is easy to be heard in the company as everyone has access to the executive team.

      Cons

      Policies sometimes change with little notice. The company is fast paced, which isn’t a bad thing, but there are times when projects are scrapped after work has been put in, and that can be frustrating at times.
