Having had a few positions in the company, Focus has proven to be a great learning experience for me. Overall, it is an efficient and organized company that cares about its employees. Mr. Silberstein makes an effort to show interest and kindness to each and every employee. it's been a great experience so far..

Pros

Focus Camera is a good place to work, if you're willing to move at a fast pace and take constructive criticism. You definitely have to be able to learn, adapt, and evolve as time goes on and new projects arise, but you'll be given good feedback to learn from mistakes and grow as a person for sure. I also want to highlight how diverse an employee base the company has, people from all sorts of walks of life work at the company and you'll find all sorts of perspectives on various problems to solve. Overall I highly recommend having worked in administration and sales for five years here.

Cons

Some federal holidays you won't have off, but this is offset by having Jewish holidays off.

willing to train Room to advance within the company Room to move around between departments sensitive to your work/life balance make great friends energetic atmosphere updated pleasant office decor company that's been around for decades expertise is valued cooperation between varied departments

Cons

You have to be willing to work and not play around! To the serious applicant, that shouldn't be a con! ;)
