Management trusts you with real responsibility and is supportive when navigating challenges. Great place to build skills across marketplace operations, affiliate marketing, and analytics. Fast-paced and rewarding for someone who wants to make a measurable impact.”

Cons

401K and vacation time begin after 1 year of employment. Heallth insurance out of pocket expenses are costly (like every other company in America). Overtime is not available. 5 days on-site. WFH option not available.
