Pros

Everyone was very professional and honest with me. The interview process was efficient and everything went well. I had a first round with HR and then further rounds with more specific managers for my role. My time at Focus has also been great with management helping give appropriate guidance and goals to help my success.

Cons

Everything has been very fast paced, so you have to be prepared to be adaptive!
