      Focus is a wonderful workplace. Nice atmosphere, professional staff, as well as great team work. They are always looking to improve the quality of work.

      need more positive feedback and recognition for employees.

      Unprofessional work environment

      Pros

      The people there are nice and the office is very spacious. If you do not fit in one department, they do move you around until you are comfortable in one which is great.

      Cons

      Extremely under paid and don’t give raises. I quit there months ago and I’m happy I left. The “boss” is manipulative and puts down his employees. He has terrible work ethic and has a major superiority complex. If you try to give a detailed response to something you did, don’t. You are only allowed to give a yes or no response to your actions. If you’re looking for a job that there’s potential for growth and mutual respect, this is not the place for you.

      The Place to be

      Pros

      You ever wonder starting a job knowing your employment is going to end on a certain date well that was me over 10 years ago. And yes I’m still working there moving up slowly within the company. I can say working for Focus being that it’s my first full time job in my life it is a place to work for. From the fun to the serious. From the quiet to the hustling. It makes you think what the next day will bring in a good way

      It’s hard to write cons Especially if you can’t even think of one being that you always think of good things to keep you motivated
