Pros

I quite enjoy all the different interactions I’ve had with people from various teams at this job. I find myself learning new things from my own team and others constantly, it feels like we work well together. There is always someone I can go to with a question and get a good answer from. I like that my role is fairly independent and my manager provides excellent support. I also appreciate that the company is willing to invest in my growth and development.

Cons

PTO is quite limited. Although I feel my team works efficiently, I do sometimes wish we had more people on our team as some of the strategies we would like to implement simply need the efforts of more people.

I love how diversified this company is. While everyone works hard to get what is needed done, we do enjoy hanging out with each other either at a company function or after work. The employees are always willing to help when help is needed. Focus Camera provides what is needed to do your job well. Friday being remote is a definite perk, Always something to do with all the excitement from upper management.

Cons

Remote work for an additional day in the summer. Just a suggestion.
