      Pros

      I have been working at Focus for more than 20 years. This is a great company that treats its employees with respect and kindness. I feel appreciated and noticed for the work I have done over the years. Management has been extremely accommodating when I have needed to take days off for family and medical issues. The workplace environment is very friendly, with people always willing to help and train me to learn new things. I have developed my skills and built great relationships with my co-workers.

      Cons

      My workplace location is under a running outdoor subway station, so it can be very noisy at times.

      Great company to work for

      Pros

      I have been with the company for the past 4 years, I was going through a crisis and focus camera opened its doors to me, it has been a very good experience, they have given me the opportunity to grow withing the company, I love that they’re very understanding when it comes to family emergencies and dont make it a big deal when you need to leave early or miss a day. Each year all employees get evaluated and are given a raise or a bonus, We get a chance once a year to work overtime, last but not least, management does not mess with employees as long as they’re getting their job done. I have nothing to complain about, Thanks focus camera for the opportunity

      They’re very strict when it comes to punching in on time which is 9:00am

      Pros

      I've had so many positive experiences in my 2 years working at Focus. You're given lots of opportunity to learn and grow within the company. My coworkers are all friendly and easy to get along with. Also happy with my compensation and amount of time off.

      Cons

      Busy area makes for less parking spaces.
