-Flexible Fridays (WFH) - Surrounded by good and hardworking colleagues - Communication between departments seem to have gotten much better

Cons

- Commute is a bit far. - Bring your own food. Options around seems fairly limited.

Good environment to learn and grow within your position.

Cons

Only one Department works out of Lakewood so the majority of the company is located in Brooklyn but that’s not necessarily a con. Just makes it difficult to cultivate a working relationship with other departments.
