Been here for 3 months already and I would like to say it not like what the reviews portray. At least not anymore. They mentioned that the CEO is disrespectful amongst other things. Well I have not experienced this. He constantly tries to teach me the business and cracks jokes with me. I have never seen/heard him belittling anyone. They now have 401k, its only 1% of Annual Salary but something is better than nothing. WFH and Half-day on Fridays

Cons

Not sure if I have any cons, a majority of the time it may seem like a fast paced work environment with a lot to take care of, which I know many do not like, but it's apart of the learning experience.
