      This place is unique.

      Pros

      You won't put in extremely long hours on most weeks. Friday's are typically half days. There is a lot of exposure to different technologies.

      Cons

      This place is chaotic. Management is constantly shifting direction. Benefits are horrendous, the very few that they offer. Expectations are consistently changing. All in all, this place is not the worst or the best. It is meh. If you are an entry level employee, this is a great place to gain exposure to job related tasks. If you are experienced, you won't be happy here. Personally, I didn't enjoy working here, but there are those who seem to enjoy it. Different strokes for different folks. Ultimately, if you are ambitious, driven, and ironically, focused on producing quality results... This place will drive you mad. If you just want to do the bare minimum, and collect a paycheck... This place will probably work great for you. The general joke amongst employees is once you stop caring, this place becomes a decent place to work.

      The worst working experience ever

      Pros

      I cannot say that their were any pro's other then we got off on Jewish holidays. Even then, we didnt get paid for some. Truly unfair.

      Cons

      The biggest issue in this company is the general manager. He will constantly yell at employees- both in private and in public. He also will NEVER take in someone elses opinion. No matter how good of a point an employee brings up, he will always overrule them. If you try to correct him, he will lash out at you as if you just shot him in the leg. Clearly anger issues.

      Good hours, good commute, nice dept manager, very helpful. Good employee discount.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, a lot of weird experiences. No opportunity to grow. High turnover but not in a good way.
