Pros

You get thrown to the fire and get experience being a workhorse. If you can make it here, you'll have a great story for future opportunities. Get to work with an extremely diverse group of people.

Cons

There's not really room for significant growth but that's not what Focus Camera is about in my opinion. Management is intense.

Hours are good 9-5/6, can't think of anything else

Cons

Refuse to address/acknowledge problems. High School like atmosphere with zero management. Untrained workers with no accountability. Management will undermine you every time. Some of the laziest people I have ever worked with.

Good hours, good commute, nice dept manager, very helpful. Good employee discount.

Cons

Poor leadership, a lot of weird experiences. No opportunity to grow. High turnover but not in a good way.
