It's a great team. We help all aspects of the business on our down time. Management is excellent and provides us with the tools needed to make our customers happy.

Cons

Parking and food are not great in this area.

I currently still work at focus and by far I have not had a problem with management nor my check and pay. I went to college and have a degree and I am being paid just fine. I have learned a lot with this company and my skill set has grown tremendously! Management has definitely acknowledge all my hard work and has rewarded me greatly and I am NOT JEWISH! So the comments about they only treat their own kind good is lies and are coming from ppl who no longer work here. If they would have worked hard maybe they still would be here. All in all it is a really great place to work. I love what I do here and happy to know that I am being acknowledge for all my hard work.

Cons

The only negative things that I can say is that the parking around here is ridiculous. There hardly any good food choices so bring ur own lunch and the F train runs sooooo slow!

Pros

Focus Camera is a fine place to work, I have been working here for more than 25 years ! There is definitely opportunity to move up in the company, as I have held several positions over my time here . The management is always fair and supportive of people who give a good effort at the work they're doing . This is a fast paced environment and can be a little hectic at times , but the workplace is good (newly remodeled) and the people who work here are nice . There are many people who work here for a lot of years, some even more than me. If you have a good work ethic and can produce, I can safely recommend.

Cons

Parking is difficult although the subway is a half block away .
