Pros

Focus Camera treats its employees (like myself) very well, and they do everything possible to create a collaborative work environment. I never dread coming into the office because everyone is pleasant and respectful of one another. All management is reasonable with their expectations and demands, there is room to grow, and you are given vocal recognition for your hard work, which is extremely important to me, especially if I'm spending 40 hours a week in the office.

Cons

Though it's not necessarily a con, you WILL need to learn about cameras and photography at some point in order to truly excel/be involved in the company and its dealings. I knew nothing about cameras and photography prior to working here and am slowly building up my knowledge base, though it's difficult.
