      The worst working experience ever

      Pros

      I cannot say that their were any pro's other then we got off on Jewish holidays. Even then, we didnt get paid for some. Truly unfair.

      Cons

      The biggest issue in this company is the general manager. He will constantly yell at employees- both in private and in public. He also will NEVER take in someone elses opinion. No matter how good of a point an employee brings up, he will always overrule them. If you try to correct him, he will lash out at you as if you just shot him in the leg. Clearly anger issues.

      Position was ok in the beginning, but lack of benefit made me look elsewhere.

      Pros

      When I first started, I was very optimistic about the company. Felt like I was here for the long run. Very eager to teach and train.

      Cons

      Downside is. After a few weeks, environment was very hostile, excessive screaming in the office. The 2 users below praised about the health benefits, I would love to see their package, because my package would cost about a week's pay. Sick days were almost non existence. If you looking for a temp job, or desperate for one, This is for you. Career, look elsewhere.

      Eh, Not that great

      Easy work, that's about the only thing that they had going for them.

      Cons

      Flakey management, bad hours because they were not good at managing anything.
