Pros

There are no pros. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. The CEO is absolutely out of his mind and will change the rules to benefit himself. I don’t understand how vendor still want to do business with Focus Camera. They lie, cheat and treat their employees like crap.

Cons

Just don’t even bother working here. It will be emotionally and mentally draining. Positive reviews on Glassdoor are not real.

It's a small company so you're able to make mistakes and try new things.

Cons

The religious culture is very present within the work culture, which is great if you share those beliefs but not so great if you don't. The reviews mentioning the bathrooms are all true. The bathrooms are not very clean. I have rarely ever seen anyone get promoted while working there. They underpay talented people and tell most people they do not give raises until 2 years of employment with the company. Most people are nice but management is not the best. I could say plenty more but I will end by saying that I would not recommend working here if you are looking for a fun or creative environment.
