      Pros

      I was called within two hours of submitting my resume for a specific position. Was asked my rate and was told the rate could be managed.

      Cons

      I was asked to customize my resume and send it in. After doing so (same day), I was asked to make more updates and re-send - did so. Never heard back, not that day, nor when I inquired the next day. Keep in mind that this company contacted me based on my resume and then asked me to further customize.

      1.Poor management, chaotic operations, poor work balance. 2. No benefit and no outlook at all 3.No career development plan for employees. 4. Management totally has no management skill, yell, shout at employees in public.

      Working in a small team where each one is wearing multiple hats, you got to find your focus and be capable of accessing the resource to grow yourself professionally.
