Pros
I've been with FMG for over 5 years and I Really like the structure within the company. The pay seems competitive depending on the area that your are in. The health benefits options you are given helps allows you to choose the best plan for you and your family.
Cons
When working weekends, give incentive pay for those who are short an hour on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. This would build up morale with the leasing staff. It seems if you're not what they consider pretty enough, you're not picked to do special assignments. Also if make up is required to been worn by one, it should be a requirement for everyone!
