      Pros

      I've been with FMG for over 5 years and I Really like the structure within the company. The pay seems competitive depending on the area that your are in. The health benefits options you are given helps allows you to choose the best plan for you and your family.

      Cons

      When working weekends, give incentive pay for those who are short an hour on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. This would build up morale with the leasing staff. It seems if you're not what they consider pretty enough, you're not picked to do special assignments. Also if make up is required to been worn by one, it should be a requirement for everyone!

      Pros

      One of the things that I love the most about working for Fogelman is the amount of communication we all have with each other. Whether it be teamwork within my property, or helping with the sister properties in this area, or even emails back and forth with corporate office states away! Coming from a larger company, I was never recognized as a person, I was a number and that is a very good feeling...like I am a part of something! I truly hope that the culture stays the same for many many years to come!

      Cons

      Honestly, I do not see any cons in regards to the company. From the assistant manager point of view I am not a fan of how we process transfers, balances going from one apartment to another can cause quite a confusion for the residents. I truly feel that if they are moving out of one apartment we should process it as any other move out and moving into the new unit as a new move in to deplete the confusion. Other than that I have not one complaint!
