Pros

Working for this company will instantly give you a sense of pride in what you do after speaking to the owners and senior management. They show a genuine care for their employees at all levels on a regular basis. That alone makes you want to be more successful for the betterment of the company. Great communication throughout, always a work function to take part in and community/charity work that is authentic. You will have the tools and support needed to succeed and grow within the company!

internal growth potential, complete support from the head office and regional office, charity work, and family orientated work environment.

Cons

Communication is sometimes lacking at times, low salaries, lack of technology, and mix messages from upper management about expectations pertaining to daily operations.

Pros

Good pay and bonus structure. Loved the community I worked in and had a great team.

Cons

There should really be an evaluation or review of the Regional position (at least in GA). The company claims to build talent and promote from within, but that doesn't happen when you have a dishonest and inexperienced Regional who plays favorites and wants to bring in less competent people from the last company she was with. Hard to feel loyalty to a company that has none to you.
