Pros

Not sure what the pros would be except for decent commission on new leases to offset low rate of pay for job and other "duties" that you accrue due to lack of budget.

Cons

Managers are severely overworked trying to balance between operations and clerical work that is offloaded onto them. Upper management doesnt seem to care too much about employees onsite, time off being taken without consent seems to be a big issue within this company.

Fogelman is a well-run property management company with strong values and a great overall reputation in the industry. They offer solid training, corporate support, and a sense of community across their portfolio. The benefits are competitive, and it's clear they genuinely care about employee development and resident satisfaction.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience at the onsite level didn’t reflect the company’s overall culture. My property manager was extremely micromanaging, which made it difficult to feel trusted in my role. This led to a lack of autonomy and added stress. Work/life balance also suffered due to unrealistic expectations and a lack of flexibility.
