Pros

I love coming to work where I find myself learning something new each day. If I ever have a question there is always someone that is able to help me get the answer I need. There is never a time where I do not feel as if I never have support. My day consists of talking to clients, moving funds, opening new accounts, and so much more The team of people at FFG are a great group of people who always support and encourage each other. The company is generous with employee outings and activities where we get to do team bonding and enjoy some time away from work.

As growth has happened, policy and procedures are changing but expected as we grow

Pros

Simply put, there is nowhere else in this business that will put the marketing dollars behind you to ensure you're sitting in front of as many qualified prospects as possible. In most firms, 100 million under management is a lifetime achievement goal, here it can be done in under four years. This place and the people in this firm have changed my life forever. This place will do everything possible to support you in growing to be a multimillion dollar producer.
