Pros

- Friendly co-workers - Getting office/management/customer service experience. - Paid vacations - Paid breaks - The store closes at 10:00 pm. - ESOP (good for people who want a career out of this)

Cons

- Minimum Wage - Working every Holiday (We can't ask off) - Some customers - Hardly any raises (usually like .10 - .20 cents per yr)

Meet lots of interesting people nearly everyday. Easy, fast-paced environment with plenty of friendly customers.

Cons

Cashiers do nothing but stand at the register for the most part- it can become tiring, for the feet especially.
