Pros

Work is easy and co-worker relationships can be entertaining and fun. Some level of employee autonomy as long as you do not work as a cashier.

Cons

Pay is poor, and management does not recognize hard workers. Favoritism is displayed. Many of the employee favorites are allowed to hang out it in the office.
