The only real benefit I experienced was meeting new cool people and getting some customer relations skills.

Cons

EXTREMELY overworked for the pay. Requested to complete jobs far out of my job description, as well as frequent negative criticism by the store manager who was rarely present in the work area. Not to mention being worked before and after shift hours multiple times.
