Pros

Restaurants are fairly busy, meaning most servers make a good wage. Food fight is one of the few restaurant groups that do not provide proper compensation for inflections in wage - especially during the pandemic. Upper management is extremely money hungry and could not care less about its employees.

Cons

- Management didn't care about employees. The GM of the restaurant was completely out of touch with what was going on the floor. - During the worst of the pandemic, GM was extremely shady and 1000% put employees at risk as a result... - Employee concerns were virtually ignored - Upper management problematic...on many levels - Pay an embarrassing hourly wage for servers/bartenders. While tips SHOULD compensate for this, they didn't... A more progressive model would have been to pay a decent hourly wage. Many restaurants and restaurant groups have begun to do so. - Claim to be a "local" restaurant group when in realty, corporate doesn't care about the Madison community whatsoever.
