Great work environment, nice discount, ability to use discount at other Food Fight owned restaurants, restaurant industry night perks from other businesses, many locations to move to if needed.

Cons

As with most restaurants currently, there are less and less hours available, money isn't coming in as fruitfully anymore with Covid19, unfortunately about half of the Food Fight restaurants are closed or closing for the time being because of Covid19 mine included.

Benefits, hours, the hourly people you work with (servers and especially kitchen staff)

Cons

Training, communication from upper management to mid management and hourly employees, the notion that COVID came and hurt employees with little help from corporation.
