Pros

The staff that used to work there were great

Cons

The general manager Arle Montes expects perfect service but has a poor understanding of servers’ and the kitchen’s capacity. Instead of putting people on a waitlist when we’re already at capacity, he will keep seating people and then get mad later that service and food was slow to arrive without realizing how his own actions contributed to the problem. The general manager does not respect your availability and has scheduled people to work even in between leases knowing full well they don’t have transportation or housing to make it to the shift. The general manager tried to force servers to work outside in the rain and during a national heat advisory. He doesn’t care about employees’ safety or wellbeing.

Pros

Easy to get a job, in my experience the restaurants themselves are pretty flexible

Cons

The company mostly cares about making money for themselves, company management is not supportive. Also, they've been known to stop scheduling people but not fire them completely which is shady.
