Pros

Most restaurants in Food Fight are incredibly well organized. Best place I've served at in my 5 years working as a server. Very flexible with scheduling

Cons

Not a lot of serious consideration in creating a healthy work environment. HR will say they support all employees regarding intersectionality but I have not seen concrete action

Great people, great restaurants, and great atmospheres!

Cons

Hit or miss with management. As someone who worked at 2+ different locations, management really makes or breaks the experience.
