Management always worked to improve the teams, have a short leash for poor performance, and work with individuals to improve.

Cons

If you're good at your job, it is easy to feel as if they are not engaged with your performance as the demands of other more in-need properties get the attention. However management was always ready to engage when they were needed.

Management and office staff receive a 40% off card, office staff is friendly and willing to help out where needed

Cons

60 hour work weeks that are not sustainable, offering low salaries and the only way to make more is hoping they ask you to invest in the restaurant you work at, management in finance department doesn't know what they are doing or how to manage people effectively
