      Stable company, and that's about it.

      Cons

      "My way or the highway" approach by senior management 1% pay raises Took away associate's annual bonuses Insurance benefits are VERY expensive and coverage sucks Morale is in the toilet

      Pros

      Pretty simple work, just got overwhelming at times. I got most days I wanted off.

      Cons

      Was told my starting pay would be higher, no nights, would have insurance, and get a raise. Got called in all the time. None of that happened.

      fair pay if you are already in position reliable hours if you work hard not much else... you get a paycheck

      Cons

      only want to hire part time employees now and pay them nothing....then expect them to work very hard and care paying much less than previously for same positions....many people don't want to take promotions because of this they put more stress on you than it is worth...we are not saving lives here will use you up for all they can get out of you then spit you out
