Food Lion reviews

FL wants their employees to do a 40 hour work week in 27 hours. They ask us to break company policy (like working off the clock) continuously. Management is always looking for a negative comment and never a positive comment. They don't pay well and thats due to the fact that management gets big bonuses for keeping hours down.

Salary does not meet regional average. No training programs in place to work with new hires. Limited payroll budgets that get sliced to virtually nothing during th holiday season. Management that does not listen to their employees, even in meetings when we are all saying the same things every time.
