      Pros

      Not one good thing except if you work hard you will get forty hours, but you will not be considered full time.

      Cons

      No way to get promoted, no raises (other than maybe 1% a year), and the workload gets thrown on 4 or 5 people in the store. Managers sit in office (some even sleeping at times), also the way management handles situations is absolutely ridiculous.

      Flexible schedule, benefits, a paycheck

      Cons

      Will low ball you on starting pay and then you can get a 1% raise each year. Will choose to cut hours regardless of how busy the store is to "make wage." I witnessed unfair raises and promotions given (usually to young males) while other deserving people got pennies. Not a good job if you are the main income for your family because your hours will get cut unexpectedly.
