-good pay -good promotional opportunities -good teamwork -helpful staff that is experienced

Cons

-dramatic people that like to gossip -some of the schedules are not the best but most people get Friday, Saturday or Sunday, Monday off

Time goes quick, great place for experience, if you work hard pay comes, pleasant coworkers, fair treatment (assuming your not complaining all the time), management is great about schedule flexibility, Columbus has predictable hours so OT isn't crazy

Cons

Pay is very low at start at about $14-15 (though if you work hard its recognized and raises are provided quickly). Managenent seems to be constantly stressed so things are forgotten easy.

It's difficult to get fired.

Cons

First-Time Managers lead by bullying. Poor benefits and low pay. One day there is zero overtime allowed. The next day you could get reprimanded for leaving on time. When asking for a day off Management insists on knowing why. Management talks behind your back to other employees.
