Feedback from our employees is very important. We value our employees – they are at the cornerstone of all we do. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees (and this often includes increases in pay tied to training and moving into new roles/taking on additional responsibilities). Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. I highly recommend that you set up some time with your Lab Manager to discuss your FSNS Career Journey. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

Great coworkers Lots of overtime (if you don't mind it) Room for growth Flexible schedule

Cons

Pay- leads to high turnover rate, but there's really nothing that can be done about this. Workload can get stressful
