- Always busy and something to do - Good hours - Great culture - Great if you need experience

- Little pay for amount of work done for every position - The work can become overwhelming, especially being in damage control mode

Great Opportunity for learning and gaining experience

A lot to learn in regards to microbiology/food safety testing methods and opportunities to be cross trained in multiple departments

Cons

Sometimes long hours. Training can take awhile due to how busy it can be.
