Great for gaining industrial laboratory experience The staff is helpful Great teamwork environment Overtime is always available Room for growth within the company Offers plenty of benefits, even tuition reimbursement for college

Cons

Understaffed so there is constant heavy work loads The pay isn't very good even for long term employees Long work hours
