Pros

You are able to get lab experience.

Cons

Huge turnover rate, thus always majorly understaffed.Training is a joke and you will feel as if they are setting you up to fail. Due to large amounts of sample shipments, very underpaid salary lab techs would have to work very long hours, sometimes till 1:00am. This company is just poorly managed.

Pros

A good place to learn basic lab skills and the training is intensive and is useful for later on in your career. A job use as a stepping stone, but not as a career

Cons

Full of drama, full of know-it-all recent grads, hard work with little pay, management play favorites, low staff moral. We were protected by CA law and we were all hourly so we got paid a lot of overtime and management didn't really complain too much as long as the work got done. But we were expected to stay and finish no matter what. The location in Fresno contains a lot of immature, know-it-all and so there's a lot of conflict between the techs...especially in main lab and path lab. A lot of finger pointing and back talking. You're also not encouraged to speak your mind and the leads are really dumb and power hungry.

Pros

Good for experience or a kind of internship.

Cons

Pay is very low, everyday you HAVE to stay for 10-13 hours depending on the work load and you get paid only for 8 hours. On you pay check its always 86.6 hours(semi monthly) standard, irrespective of how many hours you work. It a crime if you work only 40 hours per week.
