Pros

I like working for this company because we like to be cool like the kool kids krew!

Cons

I think lots of cons to work here. I noticed that path lab people are forced to rush results no matter what and i heard that there were angry customers. We had an old management before i worked here that did bad things but they quit because they knew the customers would find out how bad it is. I think another con to working here is when we are forced to work extra hours because of call ins. Management literally screamed at me one day for trying to go home on time. They were in their office telling jokes and idling. I think another con to working at company is the fact that old men in Texus who dont know they are doing think they can run otuer labs. Also the pay sucks and i know a few former employees who make almost twice as much with a better tuition reimbursement program that doesnt force you to work at fsns for two years.

Pros

Great lunch breaks to de-stress. Many people are friendly. The break rooms are good gathering places full of community advice on the walls. The company parties are nice and for holidays you get a bonus card.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. $12 an hour for a college graduate. Some supervisors are not friendly, and lab leads can walk on water while making simple lab techs adhere to unfriendly rules. Ex. taking constant smoking breaks while lab techs stay in the lab and work. unfair workload. Since they don't hire help, expect to take out trash, mop the floors, sweep, clean and wash dishes and do other house chores. You wont get medical benefits until you have been there a year, but you work around knives, autoclave machines and other biolevel 2 hazards....expect to work through your breaks also, and if you leave on time and do not overtime, people give you dirty looks

Pros

Not realy sure what to think

Cons

I have no been here long only 7 months but i can say that i too was promised a raise after 90 and 180 days but i have never received. I have been promised raise but never received either. Or a promotion. There is no holiday pay here at company you get paid regular hourly on holiday when you work. Night shift does not get extra pay either this company suck Only certain people seem to get them who are friends with the manager. I wish my concerns would not go unaddressed thank you
