Pros

Some of your coworkers you will make life friends with in the area. Not as bad as working at fast food, but close.

Cons

This lab and company are horrible! We constantly have to deal with repulsive managers who dont have the slightest clue to how to do there jobs. Every weak we always have some kind of drama between manager and lowly workers. We have some bad things that happen here. I always get screwed over every day i work and im just over it. The previous reviews are true they made me start on client samples on my 1st week This place is a constant nightmare. I wish the lazy peole would get out not the hard workers. Y should I have to put in extra effort for lazyness. get on another company already because this one blows alot. Dont go to corporate because they dont care and take managemrnts side. Corporate and amarillo management have a pact to silence and get rid of naysayers and people who tell them the truth about what really happens here. fsns is a job for those who cant get anything else, be smart and go medical or clinical lab. Or better yet anywhere but here! The benefits are horrible. The high deductible doesnt do anything for me and my family except waisting money. everyone except for management hates this place because they can continue to be lazy and not get into trouble.

Pros

None, this place is the worst place possible to work. Don't work here unless you are desperate. The management is aweful

Cons

Too many to count. Don't expect to be appreciated or encouraged. Prepare to be yelled at and put down. These people don't know how to treat people.

I do appreciate you taking time to express your opinion. It is unfortunate that your time at FSNS was not productive and enjoyable. I certainly realize the challenges of a start up lab like Amarillo. However, I am very proud of our management team in Amarillo. They have done an excellent job with our customers and have worked extremely hard with many long days to establish a successful laboratory. I wish you the best in the future. John Bellinger CEO

Not the best place to work

Pros

It looks good on a resume.

Cons

Only people with seniority can work M-F during business hours. Otherwise you are stuck working nights, weekends, overnight, or early morning hours (4 or 5 am). You are looked down on if you can't work overtime every day and it affects your ability to get a raise, if you get one at all. Every department is so short staffed people are miserable and praying to get through the day. Management does not take concerns seriously. Sometimes you are left alone in the lab which is a safety hazard.

Your feedback is very important. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. For a number of our lab locations our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs. At FSNS, we continue to train and develop our managers into strong leaders and will continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. You may contact me directly to discuss any other details surrounding your concerns. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.
