Pros

It will take you a year to “master” PCR, even if you already learned it in school.

Cons

Terrible pay, zero respect for formal education, hostile work environment, consistent understaffing, absolutely no supervision over quality. It’s very dirty. The bathrooms aren’t cleaned for months. The veteran employees have zero respect for others and the managers let them bully colleagues without appropriate intervention.
