I’m sorry that you did not find FSNS a great place for you. I certainly wish you the very best in your future endeavors. Further, I would be happy to talk through your concerns via phone so that we can properly address them - we work hard to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, challenged, and growing. All the best to you. Bob Cox, SVP HR

Pros

Uh not sure maybe the annual christmas party but I only got a 50 dollar bonus where at my fast food job i got 150 for being a 2 year employee so if you want a 50 bonus then sign up by all means! Or go else where where they give bugger bonuses to not just management.

Cons

It sucks completely! Everyone is out to get you and they never hold out on their promises. The only ones who stay at the lifers that want to work here forever due to the promises of becoming management which never happens. They do not deliver on their promises so just find something else. My friend found something else and they couldnt get them to stay with the counter offer even....its that bad! Stay away lol.

It is disheartening to hear these comments- which you and I know are untrue, but at the same time for whatever reason they are your perception. We work hard to create a great culture for our employees – to include competitive pay and benefits. We are constantly analyzing our total rewards package. I would enjoy a phone call to discuss the manager who is allegedly doing schoolwork in the offices and what fast food restaurant is giving $150 “bugger bonuses”. Let me also remind you to consult the Glassdoor rules. I look forward to a phone conversation to discuss the location you worked at. Thanks. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

insurance and 401k are available but not worth it

Cons

everything about this company including the favoritism, false promises (never got my 90 and 180 day raise, etc) and the incompetent management team and corporate team.

I’m sorry that you did not find FSNS a great place for you. I would be happy to talk through your concerns via phone so that we can properly address them. It is unfortunate to hear your concerns regarding the management and corporate teams, though we certainly do not source anyone from “off the streets” as you have stated. In regard to raises – when performance dictates there are numerous opportunities for additional compensation as well as career progression. Hopefully you were a good performer and you had this discussion with your management team before you decided to pursue employment elsewhere. We know that employees have a number of choices when it comes to benefits – our plans, the exchange, spouse insurance plans, parents insurance, etc. We work hard to put benefit plans in place that are competitive within the industry. Everything we do is to create a culture where everyone is appreciated, employees are engaged, challenged, and growing. Best of luck to you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
