It is disheartening to hear these comments. We work hard to create a great culture for our employees and are constantly gathering feedback for continuous improvement. I would enjoy a phone call to discuss your concerns further – since you see nothing positive here in an 8-year career. You have been afforded many opportunities to gain valuable work experience, a team environment, part of an essential business that keeps food safe, numerous opportunities to advance, obtain tuition reimbursement, etc. I also know that you have had a number of changes in your life in which you felt you could not continue with us – we wish you the very best on your new endeavors. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. Please give me a call or stop and see me since you are in SAT and we can talk further. All the best to you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees – specifically those who have just graduated with their degree and have little to no hands-on work/lab experience. We absolutely value our employees – they are at the cornerstone of all we do. We offer numerous opportunities to advance as well as tuition reimbursement for further education in our industry. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. At the same time, we are keeping food safe – which means hard work, attention to detail, a 24/7 work environment, etc. I would be happy to talk further if you would like. Please give me a call – I will work to help you resolve the issues or help you find something else outside of FSNS. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
