Pros

I met a few good people. Got rodeo tickets if thats a perk.

Cons

Not much to say, micromanaged. Never knew who I had to talk to for what I needed.

Pros

This company is a perfect entry level stepping stone, they are so desperate for hands. Just gain experience and leave, because after awhile they management will not care about moving you up.

Cons

This place heavily favors men, the pay between men and women here is sad. The management (mostly men) absolutely don’t care if a women addresses something. However when it’s a guy, they are all on it.

Pros

You get great microbiology experience and there are a lot of hours

Cons

They have a hard time keeping good staff because they allow people to slack and saddle the productive members with more work. The toxic slackers would constantly be hours late to shifts after being given several empty threat warnings/write-ups. The regional manager is a habitual micromanager who cannot properly support or lead her staff. Often, the manager could not even do the paperwork properly according to SOPs, creating more work for drowning staff already. If a great supervisor comes in, they are quickly overrun with work and burnout. Good workers don't stay long for these reasons. FSNS would rather have a quantity of tests run than verifiable quality tests.
