Not Worth It

Pros

Lots of OT available, occasionally free food. If you need lab experience and don't mind being treated like crap for the duration of your employment, come work here. But get your 12-18 months of experience and abandon ship.

Cons

Management is incompetent or lazy, pay is below average, no work life balance. This company will take advantage of you and not even remotely feel bad about it. You are disposable to them. Honestly, I would prefer going back into fast food than go back here because at least in fast food you know it's going to be bad and probably wouldn't get better. Here they'll promise over and over that it will and it never does. There is also zero personal accountability even though they have a multitude of systems in place that are designed to be used for that purpose. But they aren't used to hold people accountable.

Your feedback is very important. We will review the concerns and address them with the Regional Manager. At FSNS, we value both our employees and our customers. For our employees, we continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, challenged, and growing. For our customers, we continue to provide both quick turnaround times to meet their expectations coupled with accurate results. All the best to you on your new opportunity. The Human Resources Team

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, though I would like to hear more specifics if you would contact me directly. We work hard to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, challenged, and growing. The opportunities for you to build a career here are endless. There have been any number of positive changes in the last year at this laboratory (to include some new leaders) and a number of employees have offered positive feedback. Overtime does happen sometimes and of course it is paid time. I look forward to hearing back from you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR.
