We would have liked to make "ehhh" "oh yea" instead. Would love to hear more on your concerns on toxicity, etc. if you would contact me directly. As you have stated, it is a great place to learn, the work is interesting (and we make a difference keeping food safe) and there are tons of opportunities to grow and advance. Please consider giving me a call or sending me an email so that we can make positive changes. Thanks Bob Cox - SVP, HR

We would have liked to make your experience "great" - we work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. I'm sorry to see that you decided to pursue opportunities elsewhere. All the best to you. Thanks. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees – specifically those who have just graduated with their degree and have little to no hands-on work/lab experience. We absolutely value our employees – they are at the cornerstone of all we do. We offer numerous opportunities to advance as well as tuition reimbursement for further education in our industry. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. At the same time, we are keeping food safe – which means hard work, attention to detail, a 24/7 work environment, etc. I would be happy to talk further if you would like. Please give me a call – I will work to help you resolve the issues or help you find something else outside of FSNS. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
